Bio
Cy has experience as a project engineer and hydrologist working on a varied range of projects in Arizona and Pennsylvania. Cy’s experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, design of roadway drainage facilities, detention/retention basin design, floodplain delineation studies, design of flood control structures, environmental permitting, and site design serving both private and public clients. Cy holds a B.S.E. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh with an elective concentration in Water Resources Engineering. Cy is a registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, and is a registered Certified Floodplain Manager.
If he is not at the office, in the field, or at home with his two dogs, you can probably find Cy mountain biking on the trails around Tucson, or searching for raw vegan chocolate.
