Flood Warning, Data Collection and Surveillance encompasses those specialties related to collection, dissemination and analyses of real-time hydro-meteorological data and
observations. Those who use these services include first responders, scientists and engineers who rely upon accurate, timely water resources information to make informed decisions that save lives and help to better understand and engineer our world. JEF Flood Warning, Data Collection and Surveillance staff have the specialized training, equipment and software to provide levels of service ranging from turnkey systems to assistance for enhancing individual elements of a data and observation program.
