Nathan has over six years of experience in the Water Resources field working on a variety of water resources and flood control planning projects. He has professional training and experience in hydrologic modeling, using one-dimensional and two-dimensional analysis, hydraulic modeling/analysis, large regional area drainage master plans and design concepts, arid region flood control and mitigation, floodplain management, drainage structure/facility design (storm drain, culverts, basins, open channels), and roadway drainage design. He has extensive experience with HEC-1, FLO-2D, HEC-RAS, HY-8, StormCAD, AutoCAD, and Arcview GIS software.
Aside from work, Nathan enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, hunting and fishing.
