Bio

Skyler graduated from college in 2004 and has since worked on water related projects in both the midwest and the southwest of the USA. His experience includes;
• One- and two-dimensional modeling for floodwater delineation studies;
• Existing conditions and recommended alternatives for development of master drainage plans;
• Development of private and municipal drainage plans and reports;
• Airport drainage design and reports;
• Roadway drainage design and reports;
• Channel scour, degradation, aggradation and lateral migration estimates;
• Channel plan, profile and cross-section design;
• FEMA Levee Certification, and;
• USACE Jurisdictional Waters Delineation and Pre-Construction Notification (CWA Section 404 and AZDEQ Section 401 Permitting);
Skyler has worked for many local, county, state, and federal entities during this time – the longest tenure being with JEF.
In his off time, Skyler enjoys all things that put sun on his shoulders and dirt under his feet!
