Project Description
Beginning in 2018, JEF has been providing on-going continuous planning, designing, training, and installation services in support of the flood commission’s ALERT flood warning system. JEF has been providing these services to the county continuously since then. During the life of this project, JEF has been able to come along side Doña Ana County leadership and staff to bring the county’s program up to the next level of reliability and functionality by providing training, planning, design, installation, and software support services on an on-call basis. The work included completion of the county’s first 5-year flood warning plan update. This plan outlines annual goals, and objectives with budgets for improving existing system elements and adding new elements and capabilities.
