- JE Fuller was contracted by Mohave County to prepare a complete Stormwater Management Program to bring the County into compliance with ADEQ’s New MS4 Permit. This components included a complete Notice of Intent to Discharge, Stormwater Management Program, Public Involvement/Public Education Program, Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Program, Construction and Post Construction Stormwater Program, Good Housekeeping and Pollution Prevention Program, Storm Water Ordinance
